Registered ASIC agents

ASIC compliance & annual reviews without letters you're afraid to open

Annual reviews, company statements, changes and deadlines managed by your registered ASIC agent. Late fees become a thing that happens to other companies.

The short answer

Every Australian company has ongoing ASIC obligations: the annual review (statement + fee + solvency resolution), keeping company details current (directors, addresses, shares, mostly within 28 days of any change) and responding to correspondence. As your registered ASIC agent we handle all of it, from the day we register your company or take over an existing one.

What we handle

Your ASIC obligations, all of them

Annual review managed

Statement checked, fee paid on time, solvency resolution prepared and filed with your records. Zero late fees.

Details always current

New director? Moved office? Shares transferred? Lodged within the deadline (usually 28 days), documented properly.

Registered agent inbox

ASIC correspondence comes to us, so nothing critical dies in a mailbox or a spam folder while you run the business.

Statutory registers

Member and officeholder registers kept current, with ASIC minutes and the annual solvency resolution prepared and filed each year, the way the Corporations Act expects.

Company changes & restructures

Name changes, share issues, constitution updates: executed with the tax angle checked at the same time (see Business Tax).

Deregistration done right

Company no longer needed? Voluntary deregistration stops the fees cleanly, once assets, liabilities and tax are squared away.

ASIC compliance concept with protective shield, checkmark, calendar and corporate documents

Why it matters

Small fees, brutal escalation

ASIC compliance is cheap when it's on time and expensive when it isn't: late fees stack automatically, and a company that stops responding can end up deregistered, with its assets vesting in ASIC. Directors carry personal responsibilities here too.

  • Deadlines tracked by your agent, not by memory
  • Changes lodged inside the 28-day windows
  • One team for ASIC and ATO: nothing falls between them

ASIC FAQ

Director questions

What is the ASIC annual review?
Each year, around your registration anniversary, ASIC issues an annual statement and invoice. You check the details, pay the review fee and the directors pass a solvency resolution. Miss the window and late fees apply automatically.
What happens if I ignore ASIC letters?
Late fees escalate, and prolonged non-payment can end in deregistration: the company ceases to exist and its assets can vest with ASIC. Completely avoidable with an agent watching.
What changes must be reported?
Directors, registered office and officeholder addresses, shareholdings and company name, mostly within 28 days. Late lodgement attracts fees.
What does a registered ASIC agent do for me?
We receive your ASIC correspondence, manage the annual review, lodge changes on time and keep your details correct, so nothing depends on a letter reaching your mailbox.
Can you deregister a company I no longer use?
Yes, if it meets the requirements. Voluntary deregistration stops the annual fees cleanly once assets, liabilities and tax obligations are squared away. We handle the process.
