Where our service providers store data overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure they handle it consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
06 Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. These include secure client portals for document exchange, access controls, encrypted connections on our website (HTTPS) and heightened protections for TFN information.

To do so, contact us using the details in section 12. We will respond within a reasonable time and will not charge you for making a request.
