Everything your company needs

One fixed-fee setup, zero loose ends

Most online services register the company and leave you to figure out the rest. We deliver the complete setup a business actually needs to operate and stay compliant.

Structure & name advice

We confirm a Pty Ltd is right for you, check name availability and design the shareholding before anything is lodged.

ASIC incorporation (ACN)

Company registered with ASIC by a registered ASIC agent, usually the same business day, with your ACN issued.

ABN, TFN, GST & PAYG

All ATO registrations lodged together: ABN, company TFN, GST (if required) and PAYG withholding if you will hire.

Constitution & registers

Company constitution, member and officeholder registers, and share certificates prepared and stored properly.

Director ID guidance

Step-by-step help so every director gets their Director Identification Number before or at registration.

Compliance calendar

You leave knowing exactly what is due and when: ASIC annual review, BAS cycle and company tax return dates.

Advice first, then paperwork

The structure you choose now decides how much tax you pay later

Shareholding, director roles, whether a trust should own the shares: these decisions affect your tax, your asset protection and your exit options for years. Fixing a wrong structure later means legal fees, potential capital gains tax and lost time.

Our team combines a registered tax agent and ASIC agent with a law-trained accountant, so your setup is reviewed from both the tax and the legal angle before anything is lodged.

  • Who should be director, who should hold shares
  • Whether a discretionary trust fits your situation
  • Personal asset protection for the owners
  • How you will pay yourself: salary, dividends or both
  • GST registration: obligatory over $75,000 turnover, strategic below

Who we register companies for

Three situations we see every week

Starting out

New founders

You have the idea and the clients lined up. We set up the company, registrations and accounts so you can start invoicing this week, not next month.

Growing

Sole traders upgrading

Your income has grown and unlimited personal liability no longer makes sense. We manage the switch to a company without disrupting your business. Not sure yet? Compare Sole Trader vs Company.

From overseas

Foreign founders & migrants

Setting up in Australia with residency requirements, director rules and tax obligations you have never dealt with. We guide you through it, in English or Spanish.

How it works

From first call to trading company

STEP 01

Consultation

We understand your business and confirm the right structure: company, trust, or staying sole trader for now.

STEP 02

We prepare and lodge

Name check, constitution, ASIC incorporation. Your ACN is usually issued the same business day.

STEP 03

Tax registrations

ABN, TFN, GST and PAYG lodged with the ATO. We confirm when everything is active and ready to invoice.

STEP 04

Handover & ongoing care

Documents, compliance calendar and, if you want, a fixed monthly package for bookkeeping, BAS and tax.

Transparent pricing: a one-off ASIC government fee plus our standard fixed fee. Complex structures (trusts, multiple share classes, non-resident owners) are quoted upfront before we start. See our pricing or ask in your consultation.

Not sure if you need a company yet?

Sole Trader vs Company is the first decision every founder faces. We break down tax rates, liability, costs and obligations side by side, so you commit with clarity.

Company registration FAQ

Questions founders ask us

How long does company registration take in Australia?
Once your details and structure are confirmed, most Pty Ltd companies are registered with ASIC on the same business day. ABN, TFN and GST registrations are lodged straight after and are usually active within a few days.
How much does it cost to register a company?
You pay a one-off ASIC government registration fee plus our standard fixed fee covering structure advice, incorporation, tax registrations and compliance setup. Complex structures receive an adjusted quote upfront. See our pricing.
Do I need an ABN as well as an ACN?
Yes. Your ACN identifies the company with ASIC, while the ABN identifies it with the ATO and is required to invoice, register for GST and operate. We register both as part of the same setup. More detail: what is an ACN and ABN registration.
Can I register an Australian company if I'm not a resident?
Yes, but at least one director must ordinarily reside in Australia. We regularly help foreign founders and migrants structure this correctly, in English or Spanish.
Should I operate as a Sole Trader or a Company?
It depends on your revenue, risk and growth plans. A company gives you limited liability and a flat company tax rate, but has more obligations. Read our Sole Trader vs Company comparison or ask in your consultation.
What happens after my company is registered?
Your company has ongoing obligations: ASIC annual review, record keeping, BAS if GST-registered, and an annual company tax return. As registered tax agents and ASIC agents we can manage all of it for you.
